Terms and Conditions of Sherra Design Sdn Bhd
RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY (UPDATED ON 12 SEPTEMBER 2023)
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply :
Goods sold are not refundable. For Exchange, please refer Terms & Conditions down below.
Hello Sherries, We are so happy if every single person who has bought a Sherra bedding set to be completely happy with their purchase.
We provide a 30-day of exchange product. In during time, if you are unsuitable with the material of your sheets or duvets, you can return them to us for exchange. Kindly note that the products can only be exchange if they are in their original packaging and unwashed with all tags still attached. Sheets that are stained, washed and/or soiled cannot be exchange.
We do accept exchanges for size and colour. Please note that the time taken would depend on the stock that we have in store and that this would affect the shipping time needed to send the new sheets back to you.
Please Kindly note that Sherra does not cover the shipping cost to sending the sheets back to us and for sending new beddings to you.
If you are exchanging the sheets for a cheaper priced one, for example, a king fitted sheet to a single fitted sheet, we would refund the price difference via the same payment method received.
However, if the price of the newly exchanged sheets are of a higher price, you would have to pay for the difference in price before we ship it out to you.
ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EXCHANGE IF:
- Item is damaged caused by (torn, stain, wrinkle, smell, cigarette, perfume)
- Item that has been wash, altered and iron. (Shorten / hemmed)
- Item that have stain such as make up stain, food, pen and etc.
- Item defected caused by customer
- Item with no invoice or purchase receipt
- Exceed 30 days from date of received item
